After importing queries from SM, I noticed all end dates have been set to 1970-01-01.
I have manually updated all queries and run a data refresh.
I'm still experiencing an error with the reports after manually updating the dates in the query report.
Its also asking me to log into the platform accounts again. The 2 successfully refreshed rows are from me opening the query and manually refreshing it.
I am also experiencing an issue whereby the imported queries are locked to the email/user who first created the query from SM as opposed to the user I have logged in as for GA, GAds, DV360 etc.
I tried updating the user details required to make the GA link but it is still locked to firstname.lastname@example.org.
I then manually updated the user info on the DS queries summary page but now the system gets stuck on running query - waiting for the response page
What errors do you mean by manual updating? Could you send a screenshot of the dates on the queries that fail?
Regarding the login to the accounts, it is because either you are not logged in to those accounts within Dataslayer or your credential has expired. If you log in to your accounts and update your queries again, the results should appear.
Thanks for your feedback. It was an error related to dynamic dates, in that case "yesterday" and we have already solved it.
