Let all users that have edit access to the Gsheet to modify queries

This is what they need: A google sheet (eg report for a client), is shared among team members. All team members have access to the client's accounts (with direct access) and do not share credentials.Occasionally, a different team member needs to modify the queries.

It is already implemented with a little bug that shows an error when it actually there isn't. We will fix it within the next couple days.
