Hello, that is a Google error. Meanwhile we have launched a new Fb conector that will be definite and you can use instead of the old one. Here is the link: datastudio.google.com/datasources/create?connectorId=AKfycbynKMMo41jZ3YAh3imCooxdKXcVSNihfmrpDSNPfGN9C29PQ_fq2knbRKFcWhr4h9Ew

Hello, you need to revoke the access to the old one. Search for it here: datastudio.google.com/datasources and revoke the access clicking on the three dots on the upper right corner of the connector. Once done you can access the new Fb connector here: datastudio.google.com/datasources/create?connectorId=AKfycbynKMMo41jZ3YAh3imCooxdKXcVSNihfmrpDSNPfGN9C29PQ_fq2knbRKFcWhr4h9Ew and you should be able to connect without problems.

Hi Adela, thank you for this, I can't seem to locate the old connector in datastudio. If you have access to the old connector link I can check to see if its floating around. And I still cannot access the new one unfortunately :(

Hi, we have just been told our new fb connector is approved so I think that's why the old one isn't visible anymore. Let's try this, revoke the access to the Fb connector you see here: datastudio.google.com/data?search=dataslayer and try to connect again, Please tell me if you are still having problems with it.
