# Can I connect multiple AI providers to Dataslayer MCP?
## You can connect Dataslayer MCP to Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, and any other MCP-compatible LLM at the same time. Learn how to leverage multiple AI providers to get the best results for different marketing tasks.
**Yes, absolutely!** Dataslayer MCP lets you connect to Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, and any other MCP-compatible LLM at the same time. Each AI provider maintains its own independent connection to your Dataslayer account, so you can freely switch between them based on your needs.
### **How It Works**
Each AI provider connects to Dataslayer MCP independently:
- **Dataslayer MCP connects** to each AI provider **through secure authentication**
- **Each connection is separate,** configuring one doesn't affect the others
- **All access the same data,** each provider can query all your connected data sources
- **Switch freely,** use whichever provider best suits your current task
### **Why Use Multiple Providers?**
Having multiple AI providers connected gives you flexibility to choose the right tool for each situation:
- **Quick daily checks:** Use your preferred provider for routine monitoring and fast answers to simple questions.
- **Deep analysis projects:** Switch to a provider optimized for complex, multi-step analysis when you need detailed insights.

**Independent sessions:**

**Provider-specific subscriptions:**
- ChatGPT and Claude require their own paid subscriptions for MCP access
- Copilot Studio requires Microsoft 365 Copilot / Copilot Studio licensing (paid to Microsoft)
- Gemini access and any related costs depend on the Gemini product and plan you use, such as Gemini Enterprise or Gemini CLI
- A Custom LLM depends on the client/model you choose (can be free with local models)
- Only Mistral AI offers MCP on its free tier
- You only need to maintain subscriptions for the providers you actively use
