When You Might Need to Switch Accounts

If you're an agency professional managing multiple clients, you might need to jump between different Dataslayer accounts throughout the day. How to Change Your Connected Account
If you ever need to reconnect or switch accounts, you can easily do that by following these steps:
1. Click on the GPT name in the left corner > Privacy settings > Connected accounts
In your ChatGPT interface, you'll find the GPT name at the top left. Click on it to open the drop-down menu, then navigate to Privacy settings, and select Connected accounts. This is where ChatGPT manages all the external services you've connected to your GPTs.
2. Log out of the Dataslayer account
Once you're in the Connected accounts section, you'll see Dataslayer listed. Simply click to log out of your current Dataslayer account.
This will only log you out of the Dataslayer account, making it possible to log in again with a different Dataslayer account. This action won't delete your historical chats nor the Dataslayer GPT.
What Happens When You Log Out
It's important to understand what logging out does and doesn't do. When you disconnect your Dataslayer account from the GPT, you're simply breaking the link between ChatGPT and that specific account. Your conversation history in ChatGPT stays intact, so you won't lose any of your previous chats or insights.
The Dataslayer GPT itself remains available to you. You're not uninstalling or removing anything. You're just disconnecting one account so you can connect another.
And here's something reassuring: none of your Dataslayer data is affected. Your campaigns, connections, and historical data in Dataslayer remain completely untouched. You're only changing which account the GPT pulls data from.
Connecting Your New Account
Once you've logged out of the previous account, connecting a new one is exactly like your first time setting up Dataslayer GPT. Just start a new conversation with Dataslayer GPT, and it will prompt you to authenticate again.
Enter the credentials for the Dataslayer account you want to connect, authorize the connection, and you're all set. The GPT will now pull data from this new account instead.
