Add users to a company in Dataslayer
Do you want to share your Dataslayer subscription with other users?
Adding users to your Dataslayer Company enables you to manage your entire team within a single shared environment. This is especially helpful when multiple people in your organization need access to Dataslayer and may require different license permissions.
Important
Adding users to the Company is different from assigning users to a license. You can add as many users as you need to your Company, but the number of users who can use a Dataslayer license will depend on the user limit included in your selected plan.

You just have to follow these steps:
Step 1: Log in to Dataslayer

Go to the Dataslayer website and click Login / Sign Up in the top-right corner.

Sign in with your Dataslayer account credentials. Once logged in, you will be redirected to your main Dataslayer dashboard.

Before you can add users to your Company, make sure you have already created a Company in Dataslayer.
If you've not created the Company yet, refer to this step-by-step guide.
Step 2: Go to the Company section
- In the top right, click on your profile, and go to the Company section.

Step 3: Add Users

Click on + New User button in the top-right corner of the list of users.

- Enter the email addresses of the people you want to add to your Dataslayer Company.

What happens after inviting a user?
If any of these email addresses are already registered in Dataslayer, the users will be added to your Company automatically.
If they are not registered yet, they will receive an email with instructions to create their account.
Note that the registration link will expire in the next 23 hours after being sent.
Once the user has been added to your Company, you can also assign them admin permissions if needed.

Step 4: Assign the user to a license
Follow this step only if a license has already been purchased.
Once the user has been added to your Dataslayer Company, the Company owner must assign them to the corresponding license so they can use the plan benefits.

To do this, the Company owner needs to go to the license settings and select the users who should have access to that specific license.
- Open the License section
- From the dashboard, click the profile icon in the top-right corner.
- A dropdown menu will appear. Select License.

- Click on See More

- In the expanded license details, locate the users section. Click the pencil icon next to the user count. This will open the Edit Users window.

Select the users you want to add. In the Edit Users window, you will see the users available for your subscription.

Click on the users you want to assign to the license. Selected users will be highlighted, and the total number of selected users will update at the top of the window.

Once you have selected the users you want to add, click Save Changes.

- Open the License section
That is it! After you complete these steps, the selected users will be able to start using the license.
