Other users can't refresh a query created by someone else

If user A creates a datadump query, users B,C,D etc who also use and update that same report can not refresh the queries for the sheet.
This is a big flaw as we have many daily reports due.
It seems that DS requires the users B, C, D who want to refresh the query to log in as user A in order to refresh the query.
