If the Dataslayer's extension does not work correctly, for example, the refresh or the modify queries functions do not load the metrics or dimensions selected, it might be caused by one of these reasons:
- Changes in the subscription plan, like upgrading your current plan.
- Changes or updates that we may have made to the add-on.
To solve this, you only have to reload the Google Sheets page or reload the Dataslayer.ai extension, by closing it and then opening it again.
