If the email that you have registered with is not your usual one, or it is a generic email, it is possible you won't receive our notifications about failed payments or technical issues.
If this is your case, you can set up an alternative email in Dataslayer and don't miss anything!
This email will not be registered in Dataslayer, it is an email to add in copy of the alerts and notifications that we can send you.
Adding your alternative email is very easy. You have two options.
1. Sign up on our website.
2. Fill in the optional field "Alternative email".
That's it! This way you will also receive the notifications in the alternative email.

2. Go to "My Profile" section.
3. Fill in the optional field "Alternative email".

4. Click on Update and done! That's how easy it is to set up an alternative email address to receive notifications!
