Dataslayer is safe!
You can check all the security details on our privacy policy page and security page, but these are the most important points:- We do not store your data on our servers, nor your campaign’s data, performance, or any data you are pulling using Dataslayer.
- Dataslayer employees neither have any access to the data. The only access permitted is upon request by the user to solve issues (only queries but no data access). And even then, that access is regulated and monitored.
- We don’t share any data or reports with 3rd party companies.
- Dataslayer connects to the marketing and ad networks using only the official API.
- All data transfers are done using SSL-encrypted connections.
- When you log in to a specific network to import your data (like Facebook Ads), you are not typing your username/password into a Dataslayer form. It’s done using the official login/authentication form from the vendor directly. Therefore we don’t store nor see your user/password details.
- The payment method on our website is done through Stripe. So we don’t store or can access your payment information.
