Why you might be seeing an error
To enhance performance, recent updates introduced improvements to our connectors, including changes to how accounts are requested internally. As a result, if your reports previously relied on URL Parameters to switch accounts, you may now encounter the following error.
This error occurs because the updated account request process requires additional configuration to recognize URL Parameters for account switching.
How to Configure URL Parameters
Here’s how to set things up properly:

Open your report in Looker Studio.

Click on Manage added data sources.

Select the data source that is showing the error.

In the connection configuration window, enable the following option:
"Interact with accounts using Looker Studio parameters?"
By activating this setting, Looker Studio will properly recognize URL Parameters when switching between accounts, and the error will disappear.
