How is the payment process done on Dataslayer?
The payment process in Dataslayer is very simple. To make the payment through our website by credit card just follow these steps:

This tutorial walks you through the complete Dataslayer subscription process, from logging in and choosing a plan to configuring destinations, connectors, users, and completing payment. Follow each step in order to successfully activate your license.
Step 1: Log in to Dataslayer

Go to the Dataslayer website.

Click Login / Sign Up in the top-right corner.

Sign in with your credentials or create a new account.

You will be redirected to the main dashboard.
Step 2: Access the License section

Click the profile icon (avatar) in the top-right corner.

Select License from the dropdown menu.

This opens the subscription management page.
Step 3: Choose your billing cycle
On the License page, select your billing frequency preference using the toggle to switch between options before selecting a plan:

Monthly
-
Yearly (typically discounted)

Step 4: Select your plan
You will see several plans such as Starter, Advanced, Pro, and Business. Each plan includes different limits for connectors, accounts and users.

Review plan details.

Click Subscribe under your preferred plan.

The configuration window will open automatically.

Step 5: Select a data destination
You must choose at least one data destination. This is where your data will be delivered.
Review in this site all our available destinations!
To select a destination:

Click Add under your preferred destination(s).

Once selected, click Continue to Connectors.

Step 6: Select connectors
Connectors are the platforms you want to extract data from: Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Facebook Ads, Facebook Insights, etc.
Check at this site all the available connectors and the ones in our roadmap!

1. Select the connectors you need.


If you need to add Extra Connectors to the ones that the selected plan has, you can adjust the extra quantity using Add More Connectors (+ / −)..png?width=644&height=354&name=UI%20FEB%202026%20-%20%20Payment%20Process%20(1).png)

2. Once you've confirmed that you have your connectors selected, click Select Users to proceed.
Step 7: Assign Users
Next, choose which users will have access to the selected destination.
If you purchase multiple destinations, you can assign different users to each one.
To assign users:
1. Select users from the list.
If you need to add Extra Users to the ones that the selected plan has, you can adjust the extra quantity using Add More Users (+ / −).
2. Click Add to Cart.

Review and Payment
Step 8: Review Order Summary
The Order Summary panel appears on the right side.

Here you can:
- Review chosen destination and features selected.

Adjust the number of accounts per data source if you need extras for the plan chosen:

If everything is correct, click Proceed to Payment:
Step 9: Complete billing information
The Billing Information window will appear and you'll need to fill out the required billing fields.
Important!
If your company is based outside Spain, be sure to complete the TAX type and TAX ID fields so that VAT is not applied to your payment.

After completing mandatory fields, click on Update.
Step 10: Enter payment details
On the secure checkout page:

Add card information:
-
Card number
-
Expiration date
-
CVC
-
-
Enter the cardholder name.

Select country or region.
-
Accept the Terms of Service.

Click Pay and subscribe.

Step 11: Verify active license
After successful payment, you will return to the License page where you will see your active subscription along with:

Destination and Plan Name
-
Renewal date
-
Manage options

Your Dataslayer subscription is now fully activated!
