How to cancel Transfers
- Once you have created the transfer you WILL NOT see directly the button to cancel it.
- You have to go back to the index and click on the modify button.
- Now you will be able to see the Cancel transfer button.
After that, go back to the index as it takes some time to cancel.
Done! You have cancelled your transfer.
What should I do if I want to reactivate the transfer?
- You should look carefully at which was the last day of data imported.
- Modify the transfer, set the date range to start from the last day inserted, and click on confirm changes.
And that's it! You have reactivated your transfer.
