How to create a data set

After creating the Project you need to create a data set. There are two ways to create your data set.

1. Creating the data set from BigQuery

  1. You will be able to see the project you have just created in the Explorer section. Click on the three dots next to the project and select Create data set.

    4-3

  2. Fill in the gaps and click on Create data set.

You don't necessarily have to change the Location type but if you want you can learn more about it here.

5-2

Keep in mind that if you select "Enable table expiry option", your data WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DELETED after the selected days have passed!

That's it! You have created the data set.

2. Creating the data set from the Dataslayer interface

Creating a data set in Dataslayer is only possible if you have first manually created an initial data set in BigQuery.
