Let's see some examples:
1. To create a Pivot Table, begin by highlighting the specific columns and rows from which you wish to extract data.
2. After selecting the desired table range, navigate to the "Insert" tab in Excel's menu and then choose the "Pivot Table" option.
3. A pop-up window will appear and in there, we can:
- Modify or select another Table Range. Otherwise, we can remain with the one we have previously selected.
- Decide whether you would like to place the Pivot Table in a new worksheet or add it to an existing one.
Next, click the "OK" button to create your pivot table, which will be displayed in your chosen worksheet.
4. At this point, you can begin customizing your pivot table by choosing the appropriate filters, as well as specifying the rows, columns, and values that you want to analyze.
Done! You have successfully generated your pivot table using the data imported through the Dataslayer extension!
1. After ensuring that your data is properly organized in the spreadsheet, you can proceed to close the Dataslayer extension.
2. Then, simply navigate to the "Insert" tab and choose the graph type that best represents your data. For this example, we will select the Pie chart.
3. Once the graph is created, you can customize the data and formatting options from the panel on the right side to enhance the visual representation of your information.
